Shipping & Processing
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped the same or next business day. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available for an additional cost at checkout. Coverage is subject to the insurance provider’s terms, exclusions, and claims process.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, ScentTaste does not cover carrier-related loss, theft, or damage, except where required by law. This includes packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you purchased insurance and experience a covered issue, contact us at ScentTaste1@gmail.com with your order number so we can help you with the claims process.

Returns
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened full bottles within seven days of delivery. Decants are not eligible for returns. Please contact us before returning any item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged due to a packaging or fulfillment issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Damage that occurs during transit is subject to the shipping insurance policy above.

Decants & Leaks
All ScentTaste decants are carefully prepared from authentic fragrances. If your decant arrives leaking, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a refund or replacement.
